After completing your booking, you will receive a "EazyTransfer Journey Achnowledgement" email confirming your journey(s). It is your responsibility to review this confirmation carefully and ensure all information is accurate.
once a driver has been allocated, you will receive "EazyTransfer Final Booking Confirmation" email. This will include pick up instructions and driver's contact number. Refund will not be issued if you fail to bring or access these details at the time of travel.
EazyTransfer accept no liability for missed flights under any circumstances, including but not limited to traffic congestion, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Passengers are strongly advised to schedule airport arrival at least 2 to 3 hours prior to departure to allow for unexpected delays. if you choose to allow less than 2 hours before check-in, EazyTransfer can not be held responsible for any resulting missed flight.
Adequate travel insurance is recommended before travelling.
If a passenger chooses not to wait for their assigned driver and instead arranges alternative transportation, no reimbursement of associated costs will be provided.
It is the passenger's responsibility to book a suitable vehicle for the number of travellers and the amount of luggage. EazyTransfer accept no responsibility if passengers or luggage requirements exceed the vehicle's capacity. If unsure, please contact customer services before travel.
Animals must be declared at the time of booking. EazyTransfer reserves the right to refuse transportation of undeclared animals. All animals must trave in an appropriate carrier or crate. Any cost arising from failure to comply with this requirement remain the passenger's responsibility. EazyTransfer carries a disabled passenger's assistant dog with the passenger. All our driver will follow the advice of the passenger as to the exact position and location for the assistance dog to travel, to best suit their need.
The driver will determine the most appropriate route on the day of travel. Alternative routes may be requested but are subject to the driver's discretion.
For airport pick up, please provide your arrival date and landing time in to the UK, not your departure details. In the event of significant flight delays, you must notify us as soon as possible.
While we aim to use our own fleet whenever possible, third-party transport providers may be engaged where necessary.
If your selected vehicle type is unavailable, EazyTransfer reserves the right to supply a suitable upgraded vehicle at no additional charge.
All card transactions are securely processed via Opayo / Elavon (formerly Sage Pay). EazyTransfer does not store full card details. Only limited payment metadata (such as card type and expiry date) may be retained. Payments are protected using the latest 3DSv2 authentication standards.
During checkout, you may opt to securely store your card details for future use. This service is provided by Opayo/Elavon, who retain the information securely on our behalf, typically until the card expires. Saved cards may be removed at any time via your online account or by contacting us. Some security verification will still be required when using a stored card.
Certain customer-initiated transactions completed through our website may be repeated, subject to security verification, and may differ in value from the original payment. For exaniple, if you request an additional service such as "Meet & Greet" after booking, we may-with your authorisation-charge the supplementary amount to your original payment method. You will always have the option to select a different payment method.
Refunds, whether full or partial, may be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the circumstances (please refer to our Cancellations Policy).
Passengers are liable for any costs required to restore a vehicle to working condition where damage or excessive soiling goes beyond normal wear and tear.
