Eazy Transfer provides private hire taxi services across the United Kingdom. When you make a reservation with us, we act as the data controller responsible for handling your personal information securely and lawfully.

Fare

Fares with EazyTransfer are calculated manually and are based on journey distance, journey time, and the number of passengers travelling.


Tolls

All toll charges are included in the quote.


Waiting Time

For all non-airport journeys, first 10 minutes after scheduled time is free of charge, their after waiting time will be charged at £18 per hour (pro rata).

For airport pick-ups, the first 60 minutes of waiting time after the aircraft has landed is free of charge. After this period, waiting time will be charged at £18 per hour (pro rata), regardless of the reason.

Requests for a "deferred " pickup time-such as a specified number of minutes after a flight's arrival-will be accommodated by EazyTransfer. However customers selecting this option are not entitled to additional waiting time beyond the requested pickup time.

If passengers arrive earlier than anticipated and are required to wait until the scheduled pickup time, no compensation will be provided.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing prior to the trip by email to info@eazytransfer.co.uk or call(UK) 07888812244, EazyTransfer will assume that a standard collection time is required.


Amendments

All booking amendments must be made directly with EazyTransfer by email, website, telephone or live chat. A confirmation email will be sent once the amendments has been processed. Amendments must not be arranged with the driver.


Booking and Re-Booking

When you place a booking, we collect details such as your name, contact number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, and passenger information. This data is necessary to arrange and manage your transfer efficiently.

All Bookings and Re-Bookings must be made in advance through EazyTransfer via website, telephone, email and live chat and not with the driver(s). This ensures confirmation is issued and the journey is fully insured.


Cancellations

EazyTransfer will accept any cancellations, at least 24 hours notice before schedule bookings. An administration/transaction fee of £8 or 10% (whichever is higher) will apply. All cancellations must be made via a telephone, email or live chat, and a confirmation will be issued.

If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation via email or text, the request has not been received. In this case please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend a pre paid booking (no show)
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
  • Any other cases unless agreed directly with EazyTransfer customer services

Call Recording

Please note that some telephone calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.


Data Sharing

In order to fulfil your booking, certain information may be shared with licensed drivers or operational partners responsible for completing your journey. Only relevant booking details are shared, and all partners are required to handle your information confidentially.

Person information is used solely to provide requested services, including processing booking. Information may also be used for auditing, research, and service improvement. Where necessary to complete a transfer, selected details may be shared with third parties.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing activity to improve website performance and enhance user experience. This data is collected through analytics tools and is used for service optimisation purposes.


Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal requirements. Booking and transaction records may be kept for accounting and compliance purposes for a limited statutory period. Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
